Angela has  a strong educational foundation: She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is a duly registered healthcare professional, holding credentials as a Registered Nurse and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). These qualifications enable her to recognize the intricate connections between physical, mental, and emotional well-being, allowing her to adopt a holistic approach tailored to your unique circumstances.

In her role as a therapist, Angela places her primary goal on guiding individuals on a journey towards becoming more self-led in their lives. Embracing a trauma-informed approach, she acknowledges the significance of past experiences in shaping one's current reality. By fostering a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment, Angela aims to empower her clients to explore and understand the impact of trauma on their lives.

Through an integrated approach to psychotherapy, she draws from various therapeutic modalities to tailor interventions that best suit the unique needs of each individual. This comprehensive strategy allows for a holistic exploration of the mind, body, and spirit, facilitating a more profound and sustainable transformation.

Her commitment is to support clients in cultivating self-awareness, resilience, and the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with newfound autonomy and purpose.
