Individual Therapy Session (1 hour)

50 minute session with Claudia Ceppi, RSW, or Miranda Arellano, Registered Psychotherapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant

$200 per hour

50 minute session (in-person or virtual) with a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

$180 per hour

50 minute session (in-person or virtual) with our Therapist in Training

$150 per hour

Couples Therapy Session (1 hour)

50 minute session (in-person or virtual) with a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

$225 per hour

Family Therapy Session (1 hour)

50 minute session (in-person or virtual) with Registered Psychotherapist (or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

$225 per hour

Extended EMDR Therapy Session (1.5 hours)

80 minute session (in-person or virtual) with a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified EMDR Therapist

$300 per session

Extended EMDR Therapy Session (2 hours)

110 minute session (in-person or virtual) with a Registered Psychotherapist

and Certified EMDR Therapist

$400 per 2 hour EMDR expended session

Full-Day EMDR Intensive (5-6 hours)

300-360 minutes (in-person or virtual) with a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified EMDR Therapist

$1200 per full day Intensive EMDR session

Half-Day EMDR Intensive (2.5-3 hours)

150-180 minute session (in-person or virtual) with a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified EMDR Therapist

$600 per half-day Intensive EMDR session

EMDR 2-3 Day Retreat @ Lake House (5-7 hours of therapy per day)

2 - 6 hour days of EMDR therapy with a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified EMDR Therapist.

EMDR Consultation

1 hour EMDR Consultation with an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant in Training

$200 per hour CAD

There is NO HST on Psychotherapy Services in Ontario.

Insurance & Billing

We are able to bill some insurance companies directly, while for others you may be required to pay upfront and submit the receipt for reimbursement. We are also able to bill Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) directly for specific therapists only. We have worked with Jordan's Principle to ensure that Indigenous youth needing support get the care that they need.
