Catherine Beatty is a Therapist in Training currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and has over two years of experience working as a Direct Support Worker with Community Living North Bay.

She offers therapy services for individuals aged 12 and older and has experience supporting clients navigating dual diagnoses, neurodivergence, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma histories, grief, addiction, and systemic marginalization.

Catherine’s approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Her work is grounded in a humanistic and trauma-informed framework, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.

She is passionate about supporting clients as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and their lives. Catherine believes therapy should feel respectful, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s unique journey. She looks forward to collaborating with clients as they move forward in their therapeutic process.
