Tanya believes healing happens when we honour the full spectrum of our being—emotional, spiritual, and physical. Her understanding of this connection was shaped by a personal health crisis that led her to psychotherapy, where she discovered the deep relationship between emotional healing and physical wellness. This experience inspired her path toward becoming a psychotherapist and supporting others on their own healing journeys.
Tanya holds a Graduate Certificate in Psychotherapy from the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling Education (TCPCE) and a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Art History from the University of Toronto. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, she provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and reconnect with their authentic selves.
She works with individuals aged 16+ experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, shame, chronic illness, ADHD, relationship challenges, family conflict, codependency, and life transitions. Tanya also supports individuals healing from emotional, physical, or sexual abuse and those wishing to explore spirituality as part of their personal growth.
Her integrative approach draws from CBT, psychodynamic and client-centered therapy, attachment-based work, somatic approaches, parts work, mindfulness, art therapy, and transpersonal perspectives, allowing therapy to be tailored to each person’s unique needs.
If you feel ready to begin your healing journey or are looking for support through a difficult time, Tanya welcomes you to book a session and take the first step toward greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
