Born and raised in North Bay, Ontario, Siobhan Bell is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with more than six years of experience working in frontline mental health services. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges, build upon their strengths, and work toward meaningful and lasting personal growth.

Siobhan earned her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and completed her undergraduate studies at Nipissing University. As a lifelong member of the local community, she has developed a deep appreciation for the unique experiences, resilience, and strengths of the people who live in Northern Ontario.

She works with individuals aged 16 and older who may be experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem and self-image concerns, relationship challenges, and difficulties managing everyday stressors. Whether clients are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking a greater understanding of themselves, Siobhan provides a supportive environment where they can explore their experiences and work toward positive change.

Siobhan's therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centred, and strengths-based. She believes meaningful change occurs when individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Viewing therapy as a partnership, she works alongside clients to identify goals, explore challenges, and build on the strengths they already possess. She encourages clients to take an active role in their growth, fostering confidence, resilience, and self-awareness both inside and outside the therapy room.

Her work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). By tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs, experiences, and goals, Siobhan strives to provide care that is both practical and meaningful.

Siobhan's goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, gain insight into their experiences, and develop the tools and confidence needed to move forward in their lives.
