Grant brings warmth, compassion, and insight to his role as a Therapist in Training at Healing Connections Psychotherapy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nipissing University, with minors in Social Welfare and Business Administration, and is currently completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.

​

Grant supports individuals aged 12 and up, offering a grounded, client-centered approach to concerns such as anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. His personal and professional journey has given him a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support—and he’s committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to rewrite their stories.

Grant draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Choice Theory, tailoring his approach to meet the unique needs of each client. He believes that every person is the expert of their own experience, and his role is to walk alongside them, offering perspective and tools that foster self-awareness, clarity, and healing.
