Grant is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who brings warmth, compassion, and a grounded presence to his work at Healing Connections Psychotherapy. He holds a BA in Psychology from Nipissing University, with minors in Social Welfare and Business Administration, and is completing his MA in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.
He supports individuals aged 12 and older with concerns such as anxiety, relationship issues, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Grant integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Choice Theory, adapting his approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
He believes clients are the experts of their own experiences and strives to create a space where they feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Grant is accepting clients for both in-person and virtual sessions and offers a free 15-minute consultation for those exploring whether his approach is the right fit.
