Amy Freeman is a therapist and a Registered Social Service Worker. She graduated from Laurentian University with an Honours Bachelor of Psychology Degree and has over 8 years of experience providing support and therapy to children, youth, adults, couples, and families.

Amy provides a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients of all ages who need individual, couples, or family therapy. She offers Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
​
Amy helps clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and works with them to develop strategies that support positive change. She assists clients in overcoming challenges and setting achievable goals while providing coping tools to better manage anxiety, anger, sadness, or depression.

In her free time, she enjoys writing, practicing yoga and meditation, and spending time with her family and friends. Amy also offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help determine whether her services are the right fit for you.
