I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who brings both heart and experience to the work I do with individuals and couples. I hold a Sociology degree from the University of Toronto, and I’m a graduate of the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling Education. I also completed the Advanced Certificate in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Guelph, and pursued additional post-graduate training in the Advanced Flash Technique for Trauma Processing.

As a member of both the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), I’m committed to deepening my skills and staying current with effective, research-based approaches to healing.
In our work together, I blend mindfulness with relational, existential, humanistic, and holistic therapies. I specialize in helping people move through anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also support women navigating the complexities of pregnancy, birth, motherhood, and reproductive trauma.

More than anything, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, be heard, and feel less alone. Healing happens in connection—and it would be an honour to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength and move toward the life you want to live.
