Our growth over these last three years has been rapid and humbling — and it is a direct reflection of the trust you have placed in us. From the very beginning, Healing Connections was built on one vision: to create a space where people feel safe to heal, supported to grow, and genuinely connected. To receive this recognition three years in a row tells us that we are living that mission every day.

From a One-Room Office to a Full Healing Centre

When Healing Connections first opened, it was just one therapist, one room, and one dream.

Today, we are a multi-disciplinary healing centre offering:

• trauma-informed therapy for all ages

• specialized EMDR and advanced trauma modalities

• alternative healing modalities

• therapeutic groups for kids, teens, adults, and first responders

• holistic and integrative wellness options

• an ever-growing team of compassionate practitioners

Our new space has allowed us to expand not just physically, but in the breadth of care we can offer. We have more room, more programming, more heart — and more healing happening every day.

This recognition inspires us to keep growing and innovating. In the year ahead, we’re excited to bring even more to our community, including:
