As the founder of Healing Connections Psychotherapy, I am deeply honored and humbled that our practice was named New Business of the Year at the Bell Evening of Excellence Business Awards. This recognition means so much to me personally because it reflects a vision that started as a dream—and has grown into a reality thanks to the unwavering dedication of my incredible team and the trust of our clients and community.

When I began this journey, my goal was to create a space where healing and connection could thrive, where individuals and couples could feel seen, supported, and empowered. What began as an idea has blossomed into something greater than I could have imagined, thanks to the passion and expertise of my team. Their dedication to our shared mission is the heartbeat of this practice, and I am so proud of what we’ve built together.
