Healing Connections Support Group

Join us for a 4-week therapeutic support group designed to offer a safe, supportive space to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others with shared experiences. Each week will include guided discussion, gentle therapeutic activities, and opportunities for both listening and sharing at your own pace. This group is facilitated by a trained therapist and focuses on building insight, coping skills, and a sense of connection—without pressure to “fix” anything. Come as you are; this is a space for support, understanding, and meaningful connection.
